Visibool Tech uses cookies only where the site cannot work without them. There is no analytics, no advertising and nothing that follows you between sites — which is why you have not been asked to accept anything.

What we set

Authentication session cookies
Set only after you sign in to the client portal or the admin area. They are what keep you signed in as you move between pages — without them every click would return you to the login screen. They are set by our authentication provider, are marked HttpOnly so no script on the page can read them, and are refreshed as you use the site. Signing out clears them.

That is the complete list. If you have never signed in, this site sets no cookies at all.

What we do not set

No analytics cookies. No advertising or retargeting cookies. No social media pixels. No cross-site identifiers of any kind. We use no analytics tool at all, so there is nothing collecting a record of which pages you looked at.

There are also no third-party requests. Every font, icon, image and script on this site is served by us, so viewing a page does not cause your browser to contact anyone else or reveal your IP address to them.

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary. Ours are strictly necessary — they exist to keep you signed in to a service you asked to sign in to — so a banner would be asking permission for something the rules do not require permission for, and would train people to click through a box that means nothing.

That reasoning holds for the site as a whole, not just for the cookies: there is nothing else here that would need consent, because there is nothing tracking you and nothing loaded from anyone else.

If we ever add anything that does need consent, we will ask for it properly and the site will work whether you agree or not.

Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking ours will not break the public pages of this site, but you will not be able to stay signed in to the client portal.
